​During a journey of chronic illness where I was bed bound, I realized how deeply our bodies, souls, and spirits are connected. 

 

In the middle of weakness, I discovered the beauty of slowing down, of listening within, connecting with God and of expressing creativity as a way to heal. Creativity became not just an outlet, but a path to restoration. When my soul and spirit got to breathe again, my body became stronger. 

 

Out of this experience grew a desire not only to walk this path myself but also to create spaces where others can discover the same. That is why I cooperate with women who share this passion for creativity, holistic health, and spiritual renewal. Together, we arrange workshops and women’s retreats that focus on finding rest — within ourselves and in God. Each gathering is an invitation to pause, to restore, and to reconnect with both our inner creativity and with the One who gives life.
